            -1 scoop vanilla protein powder

            -1 cup milk

            -Blackberry Smoothie:

            -1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries

            -½ banana

            -1 scoop vanilla protein powder

            -¾ cup milk

            -Raspberry Smoothie:

            -1 ½ cups frozen raspberries

            -½ banana

            -1 scoop vanilla protein powder

            -¾ cup milk
