Healthy Banana Coconut Muffins

I needed something healthy and quick to eat in the mornings, and I had some old bananas and coconut, I found my perfect solution!

Healthy Banana-Coconut Muffins (adapted from http://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/2011/08/healthycoconutbananabread/)

I used coconut sugar and a tablespoon of molasses instead of brown sugar,

I also used apple juice instead of OJ, and blueberry yogurt instead of plain- yummy!
