Cake Pops! How-to brought to you by Kelsy, from The Dessert Bar. These are inexpensive, yet time-consuming treats that are all the rage these days. They can have custom flavors and colors. (we made pink too) Kelsy makes all kinds of decorations, and has lots of good tips, on what can be a messy process!
1. Make sure the cake is cool
2. Trim the edges so each pop is soft and moist.
3. Coat the sticks in melted chocolate before inserting them, so they don’t fall off the stick.
4. When rolling the balls, measure while hands are still messy, then wash, and roll for perfection in shape.
