Runcible Spoon
Today, Hope and I went to “The Runcible Spoon” a local bakery in Nyack, NY…and we LOVED it! I took a bunch of photos. They had the cutest cookies for Easter and St. Patty’s Day. What I loved the best was the local feel of the place. Our coffee was cheap and delicious! What’s better than that? In honor of St. Patty’s Day, Hope got brewed coffee with Chocolate Mint syrup and I ordered a whole milk-chocolate mint latte. It was creamy and sweet- plus I’m a sucker for good espresso. Keeping with the St. Patty’s theme, we picked up a vegan, gluten-free peppermint brownie… Delicious!
To make your own “grasshopper” or Chocolate Mint coffee, I recommend “Creme De Menthe” syrup, (because it’s green) and hershey’s chocolate syrup. Perfect!
